Artisan bakery, Bake Bar, will open its third Sydney store on Monday 14 December.
Located in the Kiaora Place redevelopment in Double Bay, the latest opening is the second for 2015, following the launch of the Alexandria site, which is both a retail and a wholesale operation.
Co-owner Amir Reveg said “The new store will be our biggest venue to date with inside and outside seating for up to 80 customers. The added space and kitchen also means we’ll be able to significantly increase production across all three stores.”
Head baker and director, Gili Gold, will lead the Bake Bar team and hold onto the brand’s organic and wholefood philosophy.
“At Bake Bar we only use sustainable, organic, and seasonal produce to create every item prepared in our kitchen. This is an essential ingredient embedded across all three of our locations,” he said.
“In a first for us, we’ll be releasing our very own Bake Bar branded frozen pasty line that customers can purchase in store and cook at home. This has been in the pipeline for a while now and we can't wait to share the finished product with everyone.”
Bake Bar offers gluten-free and organic cakes and bread as well as a breakfast and lunch menu, and Gusto coffee.
