Fans of the London cocktail bar can have a taste of the award-winning creations here in Australia at the end of this month.
The exclusive, two-night residency will take place on Sunday 23 and Monday 24 April from 5pm to 8pm at The Lounge at Society.
Bartenders Maros Potucek and Leonardo Filipponni will be travelling over for the event and will be on-hand to pour your chosen tipple.
The five cocktail list will feature the Termini Spritz (gin, rhubarb, aperol and prosecco); the Marsala Martini (gin, marsala dolce, dry vermouth, almond bitters, pickled almond); the R.E.D (raspberry, Campari, grapefruit bitters); the Garibaldi (orange juice, Campari, bergamot); and the Negroni Superiore (gin, Carpano Classico, Campari, pink peppercorn).
The Lounge’s food offering will be a curated menu to pair with the cocktails by the Bar Termini team.
Some of the menu highlights include oscietra caviar, freshly shucked oysters, lobster toast and Society’s signature caviar pretzel.
The two evenings will be a no booking affair, with walk-ins only.
Bar Termini will also be in Sydney in April as part of the Maybe Group and Public Hospitality’s Maybe Cocktail Festival which will see an array of international bars doing guest shifts at local venues.
As part of the festival, Bar Termini will be doing takeovers at Maybe Sammy on 18 April and at Paddington’s Oxford House on 19 April.
