Chef Jack Wenham from NOLA Adelaide has been selected as the winner for Beef Australia’s Young Chef Ambassador Competition.
Wenham beat out the competition with a dish that showcased flat iron steak.
“Jack will have the experience of a lifetime at Beef Australia,” says Shane Bailey, celebrity chef coordinator.
“As our Young Chef Ambassador, Jack will learn all about our great beef industry and why our beef is the best in the world. He will also learn about diversity of the carcass and all the different ways it can be cooked and enjoyed.”
Wenham will cook alongside celebrity chefs including Curtis Stone and Adrian Richardson at the Beef Australia expo in Rockhampton, Queensland.
The expo will be held from 6-12 May. Click here to purchase tickets.
