Melbourne based hospitality group, The Amada Hospitality Group will be launching its popular Beer DeLuxe brand in Sydney this December.

The brand has a reputation of unearthing emerging local breweries, importing unique international beers and collaborating with the local beer scene by supporting Melbourne’s Craft Beer Festival and Good Beer Week.

Taking over the former home of La Cita Bar on King St Wharf's Lime Street, the multi-storey venue promises to be home to one of Sydney’s largest beer menus, featuring over 150 different brews that change weekly. Punters can expect to see everything from Indian Pale Ales, Scotch Ales, Porters and Stouts, to American Strong Ales, Lagers, Weizenbock and Belgian Style beers.

A contemporary tapas-style menu will also be on offer featuring the likes of pork belly with lime caramel; lamb neck nachos; southern style chicken ribs and burgers created by Melbourne chef, Jake Furst.

Craig Shearer, founder of Armada Hospitality Group, said that he’s thrilled to be launching the brand in Sydney.

“Our patrons love great beer. They’re the type of person that looks for something that is unique and cannot be purchased just anywhere. Sydney already has such a strong and innovative beer industry, our aim is to complement the existing industry and provide patrons with something surprisingly different every time they visit,” says Shearer.

“We’re passionate about great beer. We’re thrilled to be bringing some of the world’s finest to the people of Sydney within a world-class venue that complements the amazing harbour backdrop.”

Beer DeLuxe is slated for a late December opening.
