Belles Hot Chicken has gone mobile with the launch of its first food truck.
The truck is a collaboration between 100 Burgers and chef and restaurateur Morgan McGlone, who joined the hospitality group as executive chef last year.
“I’ve travelled the world on my stomach and it’s given me an appreciation for food in all its forms from hot fried chicken and burgers to fine dining,” says McGlone. “I’m thrilled to take Belles on the road.”
The Belles Hot Chicken food truck can be found at Northcote’s Welcome to Thornbury upon opening.
