Bistro Manly has opened its doors on the Northern Beaches, taking the place of Zali’s Restaurant.
Located at the front of the Novotel, the venue is serving up a French-inspired menu that utilises local seafood.
Ryan Dawson has been appointed head chef with Toshi Ishihara taking on the role of sous chef.
Entrees include prawn bisque with blue swimmer crab, croutons and rouille and Sydney rock oysters with mains ranging from line-caught snapper with yuzu beurre blanc and confit tomatoes to confit duck leg with mushroom risotto.
Creme brulee with sable and fresh berries, apple tarte tatin and flourless chocolate cake are all on the menu for dessert.
A range of cocktails will be on offer alongside French and Australian wines.
Guests will also be able to enjoy drinks and snacks from the bar, with charcuterie boards and crispy school prawns available.
