Westfield Chatswood’s new food hub on Charlotte Lane will house Sydney’s first BrodDogs gourmet hotdog van.
Established in Canberra in February 2014, BrodDogs is the brainchild of Sascha Brodbeck and partner Joelle Bou-Jaoude, and is the sister restaurant of the duo’s other food business, BrodDogs.
Officially opening on Monday 14 December, Sydney's BrodDogs will source all of its produce from local suppliers, with hotdogs prepared on-site and made to order.
Sasha Brodbeck said “I love seeing people eat my food and coming back time and time again to experience it. Canberra BrodDogs and Brodburger is so popular now that people come from all around Australia to try our food so we wanted to share the love and bring BrodDogs to Sydney.
“I design all the menus and hand-pick every ingredient. I also worked with a baker on the bread so it is light, fresh and complements the toppings perfectly. I think it is what sets our hotdogs a part from the rest.”
Open seven days a week, the menu includes eight gourmet styles of hotdogs as well as pupdogs for smaller appetites.
