Burgers By Josh and Blue 36 Cafe Restaurant have opened at Greenwood Plaza Shopping Centre in Sydney.
The new restaurants join the likes of Italian Street Kitchen, Thr1ve, Swiss Deli, Bun Me and Fogo Brazilia in the shopping centre’s recently revitalised food court, The Atrium.
Starting as a pop-up at the Upper Deck at Greenwood Plaza in 2014, Burgers by Josh has developed a loyal following in Sydney. The restaurant offers its signature ‘boozy’ milkshakes, boutique beer and burgers with menu highlights including Angry Anderson with double wagyu patty, bacon, cheese and special sauce; and the Fat Tony with double wagyu, rocket-smoked Texan BBQ sauce, ‘crispy AF’ bacon and potato buns.
Founder, Josh Arthur, said “My first ever pop-up was at Greenwood Plaza so it’s great to be back in the same place my journey begun. We will be introducing weekly and daily specials alongside our regular menu to celebrate the opening and I look forward to meeting lots of new, and hopefully regular faces."
Blue 36 is a brand new concept introduced by Jin Ko and Thomas Kang who will provide an Australian-style brunch and dinner experience.
For breakfast, customers can expect smashed avocado, eggs benedict and a classic Vegemite cheese toastie. For lunch, there’s the Blue 36 Super Food Salad complete with quinoa, mixed seeds and nuts, balsamic vinegar, grilled haloumi, lentils, Spanish onion and parsley with a lemon dressing. There’s also a range of burgers on offer.
