Byron Bay’s Finn Poke is slated to open in Sydney’s Pitt Street Mall on Monday 15 April.
It’s the fourth outlet for owners and siblings Jem and Joelle Jacinto, who first launched the concept in 2017.
“The difference between us and your run-of-the-mill poke joint is that we’re chef driven.” says Jem. “We are not your typical poke place … we are more of a premium offering.”
Finn Poke’s menu offers 10 signature dishes including the Salmon Finn with nori furikake and shoyu, the Spicy Chook with edamame and sriracha mayonnaise and the Big Katuna with wild-caught local tuna, seaweed and crispy onion.
Customers are also able to create their own poke bowls and select from grains such as rice or buckwheat noodles, sauces such as spicy yuzu and green coco and proteins, which cover everything from salmon to tuna, roasted beets, swordfish and organic tofu. Customers can also select five free toppings such as seaweed salad, cucumber, pickled ginger or pineapple.
Finn Poke will be located in the Dining Hall on level five.
