Hospitality group, Tilley & Wills have opened Cabana Bar in Sydney’s Martin place.
The resort-style alfresco venue features two bars and semi-private dining in the city’s largest outdoor terrace space.
“We want to excite and impress with first class service, inventive food, wine and cocktail offerings, and a luxe resort fit out, to create memorable experiences,” says Tilly & Wills CEO Nick Wills.
“Above all, we want it to be fun and playful, and a place where you can escape reality, in a time no more relevant than right now.”
The group’s executive chef Brad Sloane has designed a menu that will encompass local seasonal ingredients.
Staple dishes include a classic cheeseburger, herb-crumbed schnitzel and southern prime sirloin.
Seafood menu items such as tequila cured salmon and seasonal oysters along with cheeseboard platters.
Cocktail options covers classics like piña coladas, margaritas and mai tais as well as the Coco Cabana-Rita which comprises of coconut tequila, Joseph Catron coconut and lime.
The venue’s rotating wine-list has been curated by Katie Murphy who has had over 12 years experience at Tilly & Wills.
Cabana bar is open Monday to Thursday from 11am until midnight and 11am until 2am Fridays to Saturdays.
