Calia has announced they will be relocating their shopfront in Melbourne’s Emporium to the ground floor of the shopping precinct on Lonsdale Street.
Set to open in May, Calia 2.0 will be open for all-day dining, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner and drinks until late.
The 800sqm site will be spread across 2.5 levels and includes a dining room alongside a coffee bar, quick service cafe and an urban cellar door in collaboration with Levantine Hill Estate Wines.
Calia will continue to showcase international ingredients from A5 Japanese Wagyu beef to toro and uni from Japan which it has done since its opening in 2017.
Customers will also be able to order from their phones at the new location, with menus and photos of the dishes available to view in the palm of their hands.
