MAdE Establishment (Jimmy Grants, Hellenic Republic, Gazi and The Press Club) have added frozen yoghurt company Yo-Chi to its offering.
Yo-Chi yoghurt will be available on Jimmy Grants’ dessert menu and will also have its own yoghurt bar concept at selected Jimmy Grants locations.
“We’re super excited to welcome Yo-Chi to the MAdE Establishment family and to work with the entire Yo-Chi team,” says George Calombaris.
The Yo-Chi concept is a self-serve yoghurt bar that features seasonally rotating flavours and more than 22 locally sourced toppings. The company currently has four stores in Balaclava, Hawthorn, Carlton and Malvern in Melbourne.
As part of MAdE Establishment’s acquisition of Yo-Chi, all Yo-Chi staff will remain and the Yo-Chi branding will stay the same.
“This integration of MAdE Establishment and Yo-Chi gives us the opportunity to expand our high-quality food offering for our customers by introducing a premium dessert offering in Yo-Chi, opening up terrific development opportunities for our team and continuing our strategic growth plan for the future,” says Troy McDonagh, MAdE Establishment CEO.
