A new produce-driven venue has opened in the heart of Canberra’s CBD.
The concept is owned and operated by brothers Anthony and Marcus Iannelli from The Food Forum and head chef Sung Son, who previously worked at Hartsyard in Sydney.
Terra is located on No Name Lane and is open for breakfast and lunch. Menu options will change daily according to seasonal produce, and encompass smoked and charcoal meats, gourmet lunch rolls, roasted vegetables, juices and salads.
“We are all foodies who love to experiment with flavours and host people for a great meal,” says Son.
“We want to create food that’s healthy enough to eat a few times a week, and delicious enough to want to.”
Takeaway is also available, with options spanning from pastries and muffins to build-your-own lunch options which include smoked brisket, lamb shoulder, salads and vegetables.
Juices, smoothies and Duke’s Specialty Roasters’ coffee will also be available.
The venue is open from Monday to Friday 7.30am-4pm and Saturday from 8am-4pm.
