Located in Sydney’s Pennant Hills Market Place, Charlotte’s Little Sister has officially opened, offering Campos coffee and an all-day breakfast menu.
The new caf is an extension to the existing Charlotte’s brand which includes Charlotte Caf in Birchgrove and Charlotte’s Little Sister in Manly.
Founded by Jason Ghebar, Charlotte’s Little Sister has Campos coffee on offer and a custom made La Marzocco coffee machine.
The menu is all about fast, fresh service. Breakfast is available around the clock with dishes including Charlotte’s avocado on toast with heirloom tomatoes and Mama Helen’s famous dressing; and corn fritters with crispy bacon, avocado and chilli tomato relish.
Lunch includes a selection of sandwiches, wraps, salads and more substantial items such as marinated lamb tenderloin with tahini, hummus, spiced onions, grilled eggplant and leafy greens.
Charlotte’s Little Sister is open from 6am to 4pm and its opening will soon be followed by that of Baby Charlotte in Mosman and another Charlotte’s Little Sister at Australian Technology Park.
