Dishes 2016, a premium wall calendar featuring 12 of Australia’s top chefs is now available for purchase.
The calendar features images and recipes from some of the nation’s most celebrated culinary talent including Colin Fassnidge, James Viles, Massimo Mele, Braden White, Michael Demagistris and Aaron Starling.
All proceeds from Dishes 2016 will be donated to Restore One, a non-profit organisation designed to help support women living in vulnerable situations in Cambodia. Restore One has a not-for-profit caf located and training centre located in the Cambodian capital Phnom Penh where they help young girls who have been rescued from the sex trade by teaching them hospitality and tourism trade skills.
