Christine Manfield has been announced as director of food for Sydney-based Pearl Catering bringing with her 30 years of restaurateur and chef experience.
Manfield will collaborate with Pearl to oversee the menu design and the development and implementation of bespoke food and wine experiences. Manfield will mentor the Pearl kitchen team.
Since its launch in 2008, Pearl creates tailored menus to match individual event briefs using sustainable produce from Australian providores. Pearl’s existing clientele includes David Jones, Cartier, Louis Vuitton, Ferrari, Maserati, Macquarie Bank, Estee Lauder, Giorgio Armani and Zara.
