Chef Christine Manfield has teamed up with confectioner, Byron Bay Cookie Company, to launch a Salted Caramel Popcorn Cookie, available from June.
The second cookie in Manfield’s range, the Salted Caramel Popcorn flavour was made by mixing salted caramel coated popcorn with crunchy butter croquant pieces and offsetting it with milk chocolate pieces.
Manfield’s first cookie flavour, Passionfruit and Dark Chocolate, was released in December 2015.
Launched as part of Byron Bay Cookie Company’s 25th anniversary celebrations, the Salted Caramel Popcorn Cookie will launch in David Jones in June with plans for a third flavour by Christine Manfield to be released later in 2016.
