Cru+ café has opened its doors at The Glen Shopping Centre in Glen Waverley.
Launched by Kevin Li (The Crux & Co and Lights in the Attic), the café is pulling Five Senses coffee and is open for breakfast, lunch and all-day desserts.
Diners will be able to try it all with the venue’s ‘build a box concept’, with the breakfast box allowing customers to choose from maple-toasted granola, chia coconut yoghurt or fruit salad. They are also able to pick two pastry items from pastries and toast to stuffed croissants.
A la carte menu items include chili scrambled eggs and seven breakfast burger options such as smoked salmon with dill crème fraiche, capers and salad onion and buffalo mozzarella with tomato, salsa verde and fennel pickles.
A custom lunch box is also available, with customers choosing from a soup of the day, a stuffed croissant, sandwich or toast plus a salad and dessert.
High tea for two is also available, with the selection encompassing cakes, eclairs, sandwiches, a croissant and drinks.
Cru+ is open seven days a week from 9am Monday to Saturday, and 10am on Sunday.
