After a breakout season, David Chang’s Netflix show Ugly Delicious has been given the green light for series two.
The chef announced the news on his Instagram account late last week.
Ugly Delicious featured eight episodes covering pizza, tacos, home cooking, fried rice, shrimp and crawfish, fried chicken and ‘stuffed’.
While there’s no word on episode topics or locations just yet, Eater suspects Intellectual Ventures food lab could be an inclusion after the chef visited the restaurant, hashtagging his Instagram post with #uglydelicious
It’s been a busy year for the chef who most recently launched takeout venue Bang Bar in New York’s Time Warner Centre with plans to open a Noodle Bar outlet in the same location.
No release date for series two has been confirmed.
