Experienced bakers will be showcasing the existing range of quality margarines and shortenings as well as new products such as puff pastry rolls, pie bottom rolls, baked and unbaked tarts, shells, and croissants.
Over four days, there will be samples of delicious pastry goods including new pie and sausage roll recipes, filled sweet tarts, filled croissants, and fruit danishes. Bakers will also be there to help answer any technical or product questions visitors may have.
