Melbournians are in for a treat with the Falco Bakery team launching a second venue set to open in late February.
Falco Langridge Street will be housed in a former BBQ restaurant in Collingwood, not too far from their first Smith Street venue.
Expect all the Falco Bakery favourites, including the popular Chicken Sandwich, breads and cakes along with the return of their famed kouign-amann pastry.
The Collingwood venue will also host a larger menu, expanding to include more lunch options like bagels.
The menu will continue to star organic flours from Wholegrain Milling, fresh stone ground organic flours from James Fisher and freshly ground organic spelt flour from Woodstock.
Falco Langridge Street will continue to serve Falco Bakery’s signature coffee blend made with Tim Varney of Stella Coffee.
The second venue has been designed with Studio Wonder, with the aim to showcase the daily-baked goods with a stripped back version of the first Falco Bakery.
