Fever-Tree has expanded its range of tonics, adding elderflower and lemon flavours to its collection.
The elderflower variant uses handpicked flowers from a small Gloucestershire farm on the edge of the Cotswolds, UK, while the lemon tonic is made from lemon oils, fresh lemon juice, and botanical flavours together with quinine sourced from the Congo.
Fever-Tree Asia-Pacific brand director, Andy Gaunt, said “We are all looking for more natural flavour, and this is partly behind gin’s growth in Australia. At Fever-Tree, we have pioneered a tonics category to match the wide range of gin flavours now available, creating a world of new possibilities for the iconic G&T.”
The Fever-Tree Tonics range now consists of:
- Fever-Tree Elderflower Tonic
- Fever-Tree Lemon Tonic
- Fever-Tree Indian Tonic
- Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
- Fever-Tree Naturally Light Tonic
