Now in its seventh year, the much-anticipated food and beverage festival will be taking place on 10-13 August at the Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort in far-north Queensland.
With less than two weeks to go, the festival has released a final wave of tickets for selected events featuring some of the country’s top culinary talent.
Some of the events with final tickets include La Dolce Vita: An Italian Feast With Guy Grossi and La Cucina e Bar and restaurant takeovers starring Jerry Mai and Jake Nicolson.
The festival’s long lunch event also has tickets up for grabs and includes a line-up of local venues such as Zinc, Salsa, La Cucina, and Harrisons.
The popular Catchers and Growers event has also released final tickets and will be a showcase of Australian and New Zealand seafood producers hosted by Umar Nguyen.
The Sheraton Festival Village masterclass series also has spots still available, and includes sessions featuring Wolf Lane Distillery, Chaffey Bros. Wine Co., and Tolpuddle Vineyard.
The wider program will see renowned culinary talents from across the country gather to deliver insightful masterclasses and champion local produce.
Some of the talent set to star at this year’s event include Matt Preston, Jerry Mai, Ian Curley, Max and Laura Sharrad, and more.
