Fine Food Australia has been rescheduled to 2022 in response to the current situation unfolding across multiple states.
The Sydney event will now be held from 8-11 March 2022 at the ICC, with the Melbourne iteration continuing to run from 5-8 September at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre.
“As the longest running and largest food event in the country, we are deeply aware of the importance of Fine Food to the industry,” Says Event and Product Manager Andrew Lawson.
“We believe this postponement to be the most appropriate action; to wait for a period where there is more stability and a chance to set up all those involved in the event for success.”
The program will see a range of events including baking masterclasses at the Innovation in Patisserie stage alongside The Great Aussie Pie Competition, the ASCA Coffee challenge, Bake Skills and Nestle Golden Chefs Hat.
In addition, Talk Stages and The Source Kitchen will see members of the culinary sector take the stage to cover a range of topics, offering a chance for chefs and business owners to hear from industry figures.
