Fine Food Australia 2016’s line-up is considered one of the best yet, with appearances from leading chefs, business entrepreneurs and other industry experts, providing insight and advice, across the fiour day show from 12-15 September at the Melbourne Convention & Exhibition Centre.
This year’s Bulla Pastry Stage features demonstrations from critically acclaimed experts with the stage’s features focused on trends and innovations driving the patisserie world. Familiar business faces will also feature, such as Bao Hoang of Rolld, Daniel Wilson of Huxtaburger and Jackie Middleton of Earl Canteen leading a discussion on scaling up and expanding into takeaway.
