A fire that broke out at a Port Adelaide restaurant and caf just shortly after midnight on Sunday morning spread to an adjoining pizza restaurant damaging both businesses.
Emergency services were called to the scene at around 12.25am to attend the blaze inside Saffron Caf and Restaurant which quickly spread to adjoining eatery, Port Adelaide Pizza House.
The Advertiser reports that although fire fighters were able to extinguish the blaze, both businesses suffered significant damage to both the interior and exterior of their restaurants.
Nobody was injured as a result of the fire and fire investigators are still working to establish the cause of the blaze.
ABC News reports that the estimated damage bill is around $200,000.
