Foodservice Industry Australia (FIA) has announced the finalists for the 2015 FIA Awards Food and Equipment categories.
The Awards are designed to recognize excellence across the entire sector with categories for suppliers, distributors and personalities.
The finalists for the distributors and suppliers of the year were announced earlier this month, as were the 2015 FIA Legends comprising St ALi’s Salvatore Malatesta, industry veteran Bernd Uber, and Eusebio Marcocci, founder of the University Food Group.

The Foodservice Legends together with the category winners will be presented with their awards at the FIA Awards of Excellence event, held on 13 November at The Park on Albert Lake, Melbourne.
