Hey Chica! a Cuban-inspired social club, is set to open its doors in the heart of Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley.
The new late-night venue will welcome guests from 17 September and is the latest venture from Hallmark Group.
“Hey Chica! is all about the passion and atmosphere of a Latin American street party —a destination where guests can embrace the diverse and colourful energy found in the back streets of Havana,” says Hallmark Group Director Scott Hempel.
The beverage list will entail a variety of cocktails including an Old Fashioned, watermelon basil sour, Havana colada and Mojitos.
An extensive tapas menu sees chili prawn lime skewers paired with croqueta de jamon along with crispy pork belly bites served with sofrito mayo and spicy beef empanadas.
The offering will also cover charcoal oven strip lion, Cuban sandwiches and Cuban bowls with black beans, charred corn, plantain chips and salsa.
The club will be the latest addition to the Hallmark group’s Fortitude Valley portfolio which also includes Retro’s Cocktail Lounge and Finn McCool’s Irish Pub.
Hey Chica! opens from 11am until late.
