Prahran’s former Gramercy Bistro is set to relaunch as Gramercy Social after a brand and menu refresh.
Located on the ground floor of the Cullen Hotel on Commercial Road in Prahran, Gramercy Social has converted from a modern bistro-style setting to a laid-back diner serving Americana-style comfort food.
Gramercy Social offers a diverse range of burgers, salads, share plates and breakfast creations; serving food and booze all day to locals and hotel guests.
“The food in New York features a lot of flavours that all come together, you use your hands more, it’s a very casual way of dining and this is what we wanted to create with Gramercy Social,” said owner Adam Faigen.
Featuring dishes such as the Williamsburg, The Bronx and the Gramercy cheeseburger, the menu’s burger list includes ingredients like maple bacon, buttermilk fried chicken, American cheese and chipotle mayo.
The share plate menu includes dishes such as brisket tacos, Buffalo wings, macancini poppers and pretzel dusted calamari, while mains include the New York strip steak and crispy skin salmon.
Customers can choose from brunch cocktails, as well as craft beers, wine and spirits, with food and drinks served all day.
Located at 162-164 Commercial Road Prahran, Gramercy Social is open every day 6:30am–late.
