The Good Food and Wine Show will make a comeback in Brisbane for its 21st iteration.
The three-day show will run from 22-24 October 2021 and showcase Australia’s best chefs and producers.
Guests will have the opportunity to sample a vast selection of local wine, cheeses, beers and spirits.
There will be a range of demos including a cheese masterclass hosted by Smelly Cheese Co. that will see experts discuss a selection of local and imported products.
Celebrity chef Miguel Mastre and a host of other food professionals will take the stage for live demonstrations including Silvia Colloca, Matt Moran, Sammy Jakubiak, Alastair McLeod, Matt Golinski and Justine Schofield.
On the beverage front, a wine-tasting experience will be held in the Wine Selectors Tasting Room and Brisbane Distillery will have the ultimate range of ‘grain to grass’ gins, rums and botanical vodkas.
The 2020 event will also see new additions including Eat Local restaurant pop-ups, which will champion Brisbane eateries.
