The Greengate Hotel in Killara, Sydney, has unveiled a revamped restaurant dubbed Greengate Terrace.
The venue officially opened on 14 May under the guidance of general manager Joshua Luff (ex Aria) and restaurant manager Brett Windley.
Greengate Terrace’s menu has been designed by head chef Robert O’Callaghan, and covers lunch and dinner options alongside small plates.
“The seasonal menu has been designed to ensure there is something for everyone; Champagne and oysters, craft beer with fish and chips, Ranger’s Valley sirloin [or] our signature Greengate tiramisu,” says O’Callaghan.
Additional menu items include burrata with heirloom tomatoes, basil oil and pangrattato; chargrilled king prawns with lemon and garlic and a slow-cooked lamb shoulder.
There’s also an alfresco dining area where guests can enjoy a drink and snack plates. The venue is open seven days a week for lunch (from 12pm) and dinner.
