Applications are now open for the 2019 Hostplus Hospitality Scholarship supported by the Melbourne Food & Wine Festival.
The program is open for hospitality workers aged 22-35 across the industry from producers to front of house, chefs, winemakers and everything in between.
The winner of the scholarship will have the opportunity to travel overseas to a venue of their choice, with international flights, accommodation and spending money all included. Upon their return, the winner will be partnered with an industry leader for a one-year mentorship.
The winner will be decided by a judging panel which includes Maha chef and owner Shane Delia, Donovans’ Gail Donovan, Melbourne Food & Wine Festival creative director Pat Nourse, Beatbox Kitchen’s Raphael Rashid and Melbourne Coffee Merchants Fleur Studd.
Applications are open until 15 May 2019. Click here for more information and to apply.
