The group behind Hinchcliff House, House Made Hospitality, is gearing up to launch Promenade Bondi Beach at the Bondi Pavilion this summer.
Located in shop 4, Promenade will aim to recapture the spirit of the pavilion’s former past as a community cornerstone in the ’70s.
The group was awarded the hospitality site following the pavilion’s $48 million restoration, which took two years to complete.
The seaside venue will offer all-day dining with a menu that will bring together coastal cuisine influences from around the world.
In addition, beach-goers can purchase snacks and takeaway coffee from the venue’s neighbouring kiosk.
Prior to its opening, the venue will be occupied by a brand partner for a summer pop-up which is yet to be announced.
Promenade Bondi Beach will be House Made Hospitality’s third venue launch this year, following their most recent venture This Way Canteen.
More details to come.
