The Hunter Culinary Association will host the Autumn Seasonal Lunch on 9 April.
Held at éléments bar & dining at the Mercure Resort Hunter Valley Gardens, Pokolbin, Autumn Seasonal Lunch guests will enjoy a three-course meal prepared by executive chef Michael Watson and beverages supplied by Peter Drayton Wines and IronBark Hill Brewhouse.
The organisation has also announced a new scholarship to support budding pastry chefs.
The incentive is a result of a partnership with Eustralis, who will host a chocolate demonstration with chef Jeremie Mantelin at the lunch.
