Huxtaburger will open its doors in Footscray, Melbourne, on 2 December.
To celebrate, the venue will serve up 3011 Huxtaburgers for just $1 in a nod to the suburb’s postcode.
The restaurant was designed by Studio Y and is inspired by the skate life and essence of the Footscray area, with a feature wall painted by local artist Shaniah Fernandes.
“The Footscray store marks the first of many, where Huxtaburger will incorporate ‘hyper-local’ elements within its restaurants to embody its local environment,” says Matt Fickling, CEO of Huxtaburger.
“The Huxtalife isn’t about the ‘cookie cutter’ approach, so we’re excited to see the brand refresh and a new direction for Huxtaburger to come to life.”
