Melbourne brand Industry Beans has launched a Sydney outlet located on York Street.
The venue offers their signature Fitzroy Street blend along with a brunch menu that incorporates coffee into dishes such as the coffee-rubbed wagyu burger and coffee caviar which features on the fruit sashimi dish.
“Coffee is at the core of everything Industry Beans does,” says co-founder Trevor Simmons. “Our chefs prepare these dishes every morning and throughout the day on site.”
In conjunction with their signature blend, Industry Beans will also offer a seasonal espresso blend and rotating single origins. Guests can choose from espresso, batch brew or from the range of bubble cups which include salted caramel and vegan-friendly options.
The design of the York Street outlet features a restored sandstone façade, pressed metal ceiling and a minimalist modular bar. “It’s a signature design element for Industry Beans, bringing together our transparent approach to coffee making with our passion for super clean design,” says Simmons.
Industry Beans is open from 7am-4.30pm weekdays and 8am-4pm weekends.
