Potts Point in Sydney’s inner-east is set to welcome new Italian restaurant and bar Hamilton on 11 June.
The new venue is the work of restauranteur Hamilton Kings, who is also behind Honkas Bar + Eats, Pizza Autentico, Chilterns Catering, and Bondi Social.
Hamilton will open in the former Honkas Bar + Eats space on Roslyn Street which has undergone renovations for the new opening.
Guests can expect a casual bar and dining experience at Hamilton, with and Italian-inspired share menu with both indoor and outdoor dining options.
Highlights across the food menu include smoked trout parfait; a karaage chicken tortilla with maple syrup and sriracha mayonnaise; and poached Atlantic salmon with dill and lemon.
Hamilton will also run Italian-themed cooking classes, where guests will be able to make their own limoncello and pesto.
“Our new establishment provides a reimaged restaurant offering, from cocktails to casual dining to cooking classes. We’ve curated a space that welcomes guests for all occasions,” says Kings.
The restaurant and bar will open for dinner Monday through to Friday, and from midday on Saturday and Sunday.
Hamilton is slated to open on 11 June at 11 Roslyn Street, Potts Point, Sydney, New South Wales.
