Jameson Irish Whiskey will be launching its Jameson Caskmates in Australia this weekend at Sydney’s Small World Festival.
Jameson Caskmates is a triple distilled whiskey that has been aged in craft beer barrels. The spirit will be available for the first time in Australia at the festival’s Jameson Irish Whiskey Bar.
In addition to whiskey and a wealth of local music talent, the Small World Festival 2015 will feature local legends in the Sydney food scene including Mary’s, Bloodwood, Porteno, Black Betty BBQ and Cornersmith with beverages supplied by Newtown craft brewery, Young Henrys in addition to Jameson.
This year’s event will also be held at a new, larger venue, Sydney Park located off Euston Road, Alexandria.
The inaugural event last year was spread across Jabez Street in the inner west suburb of Marrickville, and marked the first time that Young Henrys served its small-batch craft gin, Noble Cut, which has its official release in March this year.
