The Japan External Trade Organisation (JETRO) will host an event for trade at Sofitel Sydney on 20 August, showcasing the latest trends from Japan.
The free, trade-only event will focus on educating its visitors on Japanese flavours, producers and techniques.
The day will host more than 20 of the finest producers and suppliers direct from Japan, including fish products, raw wasabi, sake and tea as well as ramen, tamari soy sauces, unique pastes and premium wagyu.
Adam Liaw and master sushi chef Hideo Dekura will showcase their new recipes and creations featuring Japanese food and wagyu products.
