Chef Jerry Mai has continued to grow her Pho Nom brand, with the third location set to open in Melbourne’s ELLA preinct.
Pho Nom will launch on 25 November, offering diners Vietnamese dishes for lunch and dinner.
“It feels right to open another Pho Nom in a place that is all about celebrating what makes Melbourne great,” says Mai. “ELLA has a modern, creative vibe and a really interesting mix of food options.”
The Pho, banh mi and rice paper rolls the concept is known for will all be available seven days a week, but the venue will also offer some new dishes in the evening.
Diners can look forward to trying bun bo hue hot pot, pho hotpot and bo nuong vi (sizzling hot plate) for roll-it-yourself rice paper rolls.
On the drinks front, Vietnamese beers will take centre stage with Bia Hanoi, 333 and Saigon Special on offer along with local beers from Hawkers and Kaiju.
Mai recently opened the doors to Vietnamese beer hall Bia Hoi in Glen Waverley, taking her portfolio to five restaurants.
