The two venues are part of the highly anticipated Kirra Point Precinct by KTQ Group on the Southern Gold Coast.
The Kirra Beach Hotel will be located on the ground floor of the building with the second level devoted to the Kirra Beach House offering.
The Kirra Beach Hotel is set to open its doors on 8 November and will be open daily serving a quintessential Australian pub experience.
Guests can expect a sun-drenched beer garden with views of the coast, alongside a family-friendly bistro, kids area, public bar, sports bar, and boutique bottle shop.
The food offering will be a showcase of local Queensland produce, with a bunch of pub favourites alongside elevated share plates.
The former Kirra Beach Hotel was demolished in 2021, with its last Publican and Licensee Greg Hodge (Hodgy) set to continue his reign and spearhead the new-look venue.
“We want the Kirra Beach Hotel to be more than just a pub for our guests and a place where anyone is welcome,” says Hodge.
“It’s a second home, a place where you can relax and be on a first name basis with our staff, a place where you can pop in after a surf and grab a bite to eat, and perch up with a beer in hand and watch the waves roll in.”
Upstairs, the Kirra Beach House will open mid-November and host an expansive terrace with beach views, plus three bars.
Sebbie Kenyon who also spearheads the recently opened Kōst at Broadbeach will lead the culinary offering as executive chef.
Guests can expect a Mediterranean-style grazing menu with seafood platters, and wood-fired pizzas and flatbreads.
Kirra Beach Hotel will open 8 November, and Kirra Beach House will follow in mid-November.
