Starting on 20 February, Kwong will be serving up an array of dishes for the social enterprise’s Darlinghurst cafe in Sydney.
Kwong has crafted a range of Asian-inspired offerings including a potato, carrot and black cloud fungus salad with samphire and ginger vinaigrette, along with a ginger sourcream cake.
The collaboration comes ahead of Sydney WorldPride celebrations across February.
“How exciting it is that we now get to host this significant, important world event, in our dynamic, all-inclusive, multicultural Sydney. I can’t wait to welcome and celebrate with everyone who is visiting from within Australia and internationally,” says Kwong.
“Lucky and I are honoured to be sharing the spirit of Sydney World Pride with our cherished, long-time collaborators, Two Good Co, and hope that you enjoy our recipes for Two Good’s ‘Pride Month’ – which convey our food philosophy of fresh, sustainable, community and celebration.”
All proceeds from the sales will help at-risk women affected by domestic violence, homelessness and trauma find employment.
Kwong’s menu starts at Two Good Co’s Darlinghurst Café on 20 February.
