Le Cordon Bleu has announced it's opening a new education facility in Perth.
The purpose-built facility at the North Metropolitan TAFE (NMT – formerly Central TAFE) will offer two new hosptiality degrees: a Bachelor of Business in Convention and Event Management and a Bachelor of Business in Tourism Management.
The new Perth location joins other Australian sites including Melbourne, Sydney and Adelaide, as well as more than 50 across the world.

Casey said “The new Le Cordon Bleu School in Perth will provide a continuing stream of highly motivated and qualified professional staff for this ever growing and developing industry in Australia.”
“With over 120 years in service, we have a long tradition in providing excellence in teaching the classics of cuisine, but now with a presence in more than 20 countries, our teaching reflects the internationalisation of culinary development around the world today. In this context we are very happy to be opening a new Le Cordon Bleu School in Perth, which is regarded as a leader in culinary and gastronomy excellence in Australia,” added president of Le Cordon Bleu, Andr Cointreau.
