Popular hot chip vendor, Lord of the Fries has announced it’s launching its first west coast store in Perth’s CBD.
Set on William Street, the outlet will offers its hugely popular fries selection, as well as burgers and hot dogs. First launched in 2004, Lord of the Fries’ menu is 100 percent vegetarian, kosher and halal with vegan and low gluten options.
“We anticipate this to be a thriving market for us, and as we widen our reach across Australia, we certainly plan to open more locations in the West,” said co-founder, Mark Koronczyk.
Lord of the Fries Perth marks the franchise’s 10th store in Australia with seven locations across Melbourne and two in Sydney. The store will be one of the few in the country open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late nights.
The company has also developed a new burger set to launch as a Perth exclusive, The P:Earth burger comprising a quinoa-based patty and topped with cheese, lettuce, fresh tomato, dill pickle, the Lord’s Belgian mayo and ketchup.
Designed by Russell & George Architects, the Perth store will open on 11 March, 2016.
