Sydney’s Lotus Dining Group has teamed up with Park Proxi Gibraltar Bowral to open two eateries.
Lotus’ signature menu of dumplings, duck, and other Chinese classics will be available to local diners for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The restaurant will also create bespoke picnic baskets and a selection of takeaway options.
Marilo is a new concept from the group and is described as a “contemporary fusion offering”. The menu will highlight produce from local farms.
Both venues will be headed up by in-house Executive Chef Tiffany Jones in collaboration Lotus Executive Chef Steve Wu.
It’s the latest movement from Lotus Dining Group, which currently has seven restaurants in Sydney located in Barangaroo, The Galeries, Double Bay, Circular Quay, Summer Hill, and Walsh Bay.
