Vietnamese restaurant brand, Mama’s Buoi, will launch its next Australian restaurant at the highly anticipated Tramsheds Harold Park in Sydney’s Glebe.
Launching in November 2016, Mama’s Buoi, led by founder and owner, Bao Hoang, will serve a menu of its signature home-style, authentic Vietnamese dishes.
Mama’s Buoi first opened its doors in Melbourne, later expanding to Sydney’s Surry Hills and Crows Nest.
Created by Faculty Design, the interiors of the new venue reflect Mama’s Buoi’s ideology, with a retro Vietnam-influenced design.
Mama’s Buoi will trade alongside Japanese fusion restaurant Osaka Trading Co., restaurant, bar and butchery Butcher and the Farmer; sustainable seafood restaurant Fish & Co; tapas restaurant Bodega 1904, gelato concept Gelato Messina, Egyptian-fusion restaurant Bekya, Southern-inspired diner Belles Hot Chicken, bakery DUST, bistro and brewery Sir Chapel and coffee venue Garon.
Tramsheds opens on Thursday 22 September.
