The force behind Sydney’s Maybe Sammy, Dean & Nancy, and El Primo Sanchez, will once again host some of the world’s top bar teams during the Maybe Cocktail Festival 2025.
Held from 7-13 April, bartenders from Argentina, Indonesia, Spain, Mexico, the US, the UK, Italy, and Japan will take up residency at the aforementioned Sydney locations plus Maybe Frank, Little Cooler, Precinct 48, Hacienda, and more yet-to-be-announced venues.
The full program will be released soon, but past events have seen many of The World’s 50 Best Bars fly into the city for one-off events, collaborations, and cocktail experiences.
“Maybe Cocktail Festival is about bringing the best drinking experiences from around the globe to Sydney,” says Stefano Catino, festival director. “We’re talking top-tier bartenders serving up world-class cocktails without anyone needing to clear customs. With the cost of living and the sheer distance of Sydney from so many of the world’s great drinking destinations, it’s not always easy to visit these bars in person. But for one week, they’re right here in our backyard.”
Attendees can head to maybecocktailfestival.com to RSVP and access the full program shortly.
