Maybe Sammy has teamed up with the Empire Lounge for new weekly event, Casa Aperol.
Every Sunday until 24 April, Maybe Sammy will serve up Aperol spritzes as well as a range of Aperol-centric cocktails designed by the team.
The offering sees drinks like the Aperol Contessa made with vermouth, London dry gin, Rosella, and peach tea and the City Bird — an icy rum-based cocktail.
Classic riffs include the Sammy Highball, the Sunset Tommy and a classic Negroni made with Campari and London dry gin.
Guests can also expect a menu by Empire Lounge’s very own Chef Faheem Noor, who is also known for Pelicano in Double Bay.
Food options cover sharing dishes from foie gras, lobster rolls, focaccia, shoestring fries and Nduja tacos to tuna belly and aguachille of Hirramasa.
Aperol Casa by Maybe Sammy at Empire Lounge now runs every Sunday from 1pm until 9pm.
Bookings can be made at www.casaaperol.com.au.
