Moonacres Kitchen has announced the launch of their summer restaurant Jimmy Nardello.
The concept aims to showcase local produce from the Southern Highlands region from farms including Living Earth and Brillig.
The restaurant is set to host their first dinner on 2 November in collaboration with South Hill Soil Farm and Tathra Place Free Range with a menu designed by Moonacres chef Stephen Santucci.
The dishes will be influenced by Italian cuisine and include Venetian pasta with duck sauce and raviolini with Pecora Dairy’s Jamberoo Mountain Blue cheese.
Wine will be sourced from Ari’s Natural Wine and Benson & the Mooch plus drops from Yarrawa Estate and Far Ago Hill.
The dinner will also feature short talks from Soils for Life CEO Rod Chisholm, Moonacres’ Phil Lavers, Tathra Farm’s Luke Winder and South Hill Soil Farm’s Clara Bateman.
Tickers are available here.
