Japanese restaurant brand Motto Motto has opened their second New South Wales venue.
The Castle Hill, Sydney outlet is the seventh store nationally for the group, which launched in Brisbane in 2014. The opening is part of an ambitious national expansion strategy and comes just months the brand announced franchising plans.
The menu will mirror Brisbane’s, with dishes including seared salmon & avocado, classic ramen and Wagyu beef cloud rolls.
“We are finally bringing our ‘Motto Motto grade’ to more Sydneysiders,” says Matt Fickling, “Our guests can expect Wagyu beef with a minimum marble score of 6 to 9, sashimi grade salmon and tuna, our famous 12-hour cooked ramen super broth and genuine taste to bring fine dining quality, without the fine dining prices to Castle Hill locals.”
